M-24 Bags from Recycled Tarpaulin

M24 bags are designed from recycled truck tarpaulin.

Each bag they make is totally unique because of the variety of lorry curtains (truck tarps) they collect.
You probably drive past lorries thousands of times a year but never give the mighty sheets of tarpaulin a second look. But When they’re no longer needed, they are often binned and replaced.

Fortunately, M24 can’t get enough of these second-hand greasy monsters. They salvage them from all corners of the UK  and take them back to their recycling HQ in Somerset. They cut and trim the tarps into giant rolls to make them easier to manage. (Smaller components are recycled, while all the webbing from the tarps is used for the handles on the bags.)

The tarpaulins then have a hot eco wash and a drip dry, the sheets are folded up and move onto the next stage. The rolls of tarp are then cut into small precise patterns ready to be stitched into bags. Each bag pattern is carefully selected by their stitching experts using the latest technology to ensure the highest quality bag is formed.
