Children’s hospice care supporting families and caring for children and young people with life-threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk. Offering a family-centred approach including specialist nursing care, symptom management support, short breaks, wellbeing activities, therapies and counselling; all meeting the individual needs of the child, young person and whole family.

You’re welcome to drop donations of standard items at any of the shops.
If you have large or bulky items, please call the shop first to check if they have space. Or you can drop items off at their distribution centre in Thetford.

Bikeworks is more than just a bike shop. Through their programmes they aim to use cycling as a force for positive change, including saving bikes from landfill, providing training to get people back into employment and by creating accessible cycling regardless of your physical or mental barriers. Bikeworks deliver their mission through a variety of community cycling programmes including employability for disadvantaged groups, all ability cycling, bicycle Re-Use & recycling, schools cycle training and much more. As a business they provide cycling services to both consumers and organisations.

Their stores offer a full range of repair services, sale of new and refurbished bikes and cycle maintenance courses from beginner to professional level.

Bikeworks run a highly successful employment and training programmes based around City & Guilds accredited training, in one of three training centres; in Bethnal Green, Hammersmith and Leytonstone.

Re~Cycle’s mission is to collect secondhand bicycles and ship them to Africa. Our partners distribute bikes and teach riders the skills to repair and maintain them. Our bikes also help health/AIDS workers reach remote villages and even provide an ambulance service in remote Namibia.

Bike Station

The Bike Station is Edinburgh’s bicycle recycling and cycling promotion charity.

They also repair unwanted bikes and put them back on the road. They provide cycle training, bike maintenance training, and refurbished bikes to promote cycling as a healthy and sustainable means of transport across Edinburgh, the Lothians and beyond.
